HSBC Managed Portfolios Limited (the "Company') formerly All Points Managed Portfolios Limited

· change of name for the Company effective 31^st December 2004;

· change to the fee structure of the Company effective 4^th January 2005;

· amendments to the Company Bye-laws;

· closure of three (3) Classes of Shares effective 4^th January 2005.
