All Points Multi-Manager Plc (the "Company") - Change of Name and Promoter
Hamilton, Bermuda: 9th February 2005 - The Directors of the Company wish to announce that with effect from 20 January, 2005, the name of the Company has been changed from All Points Multi-Manager Plc to HSBC Investment Solutions Plc.
The Directors of the Company also wish to announce that the other resolutions regarding amendments to the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company, as detailed in a circular sent to shareholders on 24 November, 2004, were passed at the annual general meeting held on 20 December, 2004.
Finally, the Directors of the Company wish to announce that with effect from 11 January, 2005, HSBC Asset Management (Europe) Limited has replaced Bank of Bermuda as Promoter of the Company.
