Watlington Waterworks Issues Bonus Shares And Declares Dividend
Hamilton, Bermuda: 1st March 2005 - The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) was advised by Watlington Waterworks that at a recent Board of Directors meeting of the Company, the Board approved the issuance of bonus shares on the basis of 1 new common share for every 10 common shares owned to all shareholders of record on March 15th 2005. The bonus shares to be issued on March 31st 2005 will be valued at book value calculated on March 31st 2005. For those shareholders who will have a fraction of a share after the one for ten bonus issue is made, the fraction of a share will not be issued, and the Company will compensate the shareholder in cash on the basis of the net book value of the fraction of the share.
In addition, the Board declared a dividend of 10 cents per share to shareholders of record on May 31st 2005, payable on June 15th 2005.
