Tyco Declares Regular Quarterly Dividend
PEMBROKE, Bermuda: March 11, 2005 - The Board of Directors of Tyco International Ltd. (NYSE: TYC, BSX: TYC) declared on March 10, 2005 a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per common share. The dividend is payable on May 2, 2005, to shareholders of record as of April 1, 2005.
