Mrs. Arlene Brock Leaves Butterfield Bank Board
Hamilton, Bermuda - 12 April, 2005: Dr. James King, Chairman of Butterfield Bank's Board of Directors, today announced the resignation of Mrs. Arlene Brock BA, LL.B, LL.M from the Board of Directors in view of her other growing business commitments.
Mrs. Brock was elected to the Board in September 2000.
"I would like to thank Arlene for four and a half years of dedicated and valuable years as a Director of Butterfield Bank," commented Dr. King. "Arlene has been an active and valued member of the Board, sitting on several Board Committees and chairing the Scholarship Committee. We wish her every success in her business endeavours."
