At a Board of Directors Meeting held today, Mr. David Pugh has resigned as Secretary of Argus Insurance Company Limited and its local subsidiaries and Mr. Barrie Meade, QC, JP was appointed in his stead. Mr. David Pugh will remain as Chief Financial Officer of the Argus Group.
