Hamilton, Bermuda: 9th June 2005 - Butterfield Liquid Reserve Fund and Butterfield Money Market Fund have advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) that Mr. Robert Martyn has resigned as Director from the above mentioned Funds effective 26th May 2005.
