MediaHouse Limited (MHL) Reports Delay In Filing Interim Report
Hamilton, Bermuda: 22nd June 2005 -- At the request of MediaHouse Limited, (MHL.BH & MHLP.BH) the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) has granted a four month extension to the Company for the filing of their interim financial statements until 31st October 2005.
This extension has been granted as a result of extensive damage to the offices of the Company's Cayman subsidiary, Caribbean Publishing Company Limited, during Hurricane Ivan last year. Loss of documentation due to flooding has caused delay in the audit. Caribbean Publishing Company Limited has since acquired alternative office accommodation in Grand Cayman and continues to trade as normal.
