Utilico Emerging Markets Utilities Limited Announces Buyback of Ordinary Shares
Hamilton, Bermuda: 8 August 2005 - Utilico Emerging Markets Utilities Limited (the "Company") has informed the Bermuda Stock Exchange that on 27 July 2005 the Company bought back and cancelled the 100,000 nil paid Ordinary Shares of 10p each, issued to Brad Goddard and Duncan Saville at the date of incorporation, for nil consideration, as set out in the Company's AIM Admission Document. Following this buyback, the Company's issued share capital consists of 75,022,239 Ordinary Shares.
