Amiworld Inc.- Selection Of New Auditor
Hamilton, Bermuda: 10th August 2005 - The Directors of Amiworld Inc. are pleased to make the following announcements:
Further to a press release issued by Amiworld Inc. (the "Company") dated May 13, 2005 regarding the appointment of Denver based CPA firm Ehrhardt, Keefe, Steiner & Hottman ("EKS&H") as auditor for the Company, with effect from July 7, 2005, Aurora based CPA firm Ronald R. Chadwick, P.C., 2851 South Parker Road, Suite 720, Aurora, Colorado, U.S.A. have been appointed in place of EKS&H as the new auditors for Amiworld Inc..
The Company had planned to use EKH&S but when the Company received their engagement proposal there were concerns about the level of pricing and the Company felt the price quoted by EKH&S would be excessive. In addition, the audit proposal was also limited to only the 2004 financial statements rather than the 2002, 2003, and 2004 financial statements that are currently outstanding.
Ron Chadwick has been a CPA in the State of Colorado since 1993, and has also practiced in public accounting since that time. He is registered with the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board to perform audits of companies trading stock publicly, and has been a public company auditor since 1993. His areas of expertise include mergers and acquisitions, oil & gas, mining, manufacturing, and others. Mr. Chadwick holds a BS degree in business administration from Oregon State University and an MBA from Arizona State University.
