BELCO (Holdings) Limited Announces Change of Directors
Hamilton, Bermuda: 23 August 2005 - The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) has been advised by BELCO (Holdings) Limited of changes to its Board of Directors.
Mr. Anthony L. Joaquin has joined as a Director to the Board effective 21st July 2005. Mr. Joaquin replaces Ms. Arlene Brock who resigned in April 2005.
