International Corporate Management of Bermuda Limited, Bermuda Commercial Bank Building, 43 Victoria Street, Hamilton HM 12, Bermuda, a subsidiary of Bermuda Commercial Bank Limited have been appointed as Registrar & Transfer Agent for Amiworld Inc., by way of an agreement dated 25 March 2005 replacing Butterfield Corporate Services Limited.
The company has undertaken an exercise to consolidate its Bermuda service providers with Bermuda Commercial Bank Limited (the Company's existing Listing Sponsor) and its associated subsidiaries.
