RenShares Utilities Limited Announcement - Appointment Of Clearstream
Hamilton, Bermuda: 21st September 2005 - The Directors of the Fund wish to announce the following:
The Shares in the Company have been accepted for clearance through Clearstream as of 6 September 2005. The Company has agreed with Clearstream that Clearstream is not responsible for monitoring beneficial ownership of the Shares credited to the accounts of any Clearstream account. Clearstream will provide such information as to allow the Company to monitor on a monthly basis all transfers of Shares held through Clearstream. US Persons may not hold Shares through Clearstream.
Capitalised terms used and not defined herein have the same meanings attributed to them in the Company's latest offering memorandum (the "Memorandum").
