MediaHouse Limited Reports Delay In Filing Annual/Interim Reports
Hamilton, Bermuda: 27th September 2005 -
At the request of MediaHouse Limited, the Bermuda Stock Exchange has granted a further one month extension to the Company for the filing of their annual financials for the year ended 30th September 2004 until 31st October 2005. The BSX has also granted a further one month extension to 30th November 2005 for the filing of the interim statements of 31st March 2005.
These extensions have been granted as a result of extensive damage to the offices of the Company's Cayman subsidiary, Caribbean Publishing Company Limited, during Hurricane Ivan last year.
Caribbean Publishing Company Limited has since acquired alternative office accommodation in Grand Cayman and continues to trade as normal.
