LOM (Holdings) Announces Share Repurchase

Hamilton, Bermuda: 4^th October 2005 - LOM (Holdings) Limited (LOM) has today informed the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) that the Company repurchased the following shares, which have subsequently lom4.htmbeen cancelled:

- 10,450 shares on 27^th September 2005 at $3.05 per share; and

- 2,000 shares on 28^th September 2005 at $2.85 per share
