Hamilton, Bermuda: October 31, 2005 - The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) has been advised by Bermuda Aviation Services Limited (BAS) (BAS.BH) of the results of its Special General Meeting held on 28 October; namely the shareholders of BAS have voted to increase the authorized share capital of the company and to approve a 2.4 for 1 stock split per the Resolutions set out in the Notice of the Meeting.
