Hamilton, Bermuda: 7th November 2005 -- The Directors of Amiworld Inc. are pleased to make the following announcements:
On August 25, 2005 Amiworld Inc. completed its audit of the December 31, 2002, 2003, and 2004 financial statements. The audited financial statements have been mailed with a revised prospectus to all existing shareholders and copies have been filed with the Bermuda Stock Exchange.
On September 30, 2005 Amiworld Inc. received a private investment for a total of $200,000 for the purchase of Class A shares. (It should be noted that announcement of this share issue is for information purposes only as the Class A shares of Amiworld Inc. are not listed on the Bermuda Stock Exchange.)
