Solar Enterprises Announces Principal Asset Sale
Hamilton, Bermuda: 28 November, 2005 - The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) has been advised that The Directors of Solar Enterprises Limited (the "Company") (SOLAR.BH) a Limited Liability Company listed on The Bermuda Stock Exchange, wishes to advise that they have entered into a contract for the sale of approximately 1,375 acres of land that the Company owns in the Turks and Caicos Islands for US$8,500,000.00. The land in East Caicos is the principal asset of the Company. It is expected that the transaction should complete on or before 2 February 2006.
