BSX Market Notice - Masters Limited

Hamilton, Bermuda, December 12, 2005 -- The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) advises the market that it has been notified by Masters Limited (MSTR.BH) that,

"Bermuda Management Holdings Limited purchased an additional 17,000 shares of Masters Limited as follows:

            1,000 shares at a price of $16.00 per share; and

            16,000 shares at a price of $16.25 per share

thereby increasing their holding in Masters Limited to 854,515 shares or 63% of the shares outstanding."

These transactions took place during the period 22nd to 30th November 2005.
