Bermuda Aviation Services Announces Intention To Undertake A Rights Offering
Hamilton, Bermuda, January 24, 2006 - Bermuda Aviation Services ("BAS") today announces its intention to undertake a Rights Offering of one (1) new common share at a price to be determined, for every one (1) share held.
This Rights Offering will be made to Shareholders of record as at January 31, 2006 whose registered addresses are in Bermuda.
