Hamilton, Bermuda: January 25, 2006 -- Ascendant Holdings Ltd. today announced the resignation of Chris Werner as CEO of the company effective December 15th 2005. Chris Werner has left the company to pursue other interests. Paul Grist has been appointed as the interim CEO for the company.
