BSX Approves Amendment to Change in Distributions for Argent Classic Convertible Arbitrage Fund Ltd
Hamilton, Bermuda: 31st January 2006 - The Board of Directors (the "Directors") of Argent Classic Convertible Arbitrage Fund Ltd. (the "Fund") wish to announce that with effect from 1st February 2006, an amendment to the "guaranteed" return for the Class C Shares of the Fund has been approved by the Directors.
The Directors have approved a reduction in the spread over LIBOR to 300 basis points, with the requisite consent of the holders of the issued Class C Shares as required under the Fund's Articles.
All other rights of the Class C Shares remain the same.
