BSX Announces New Listing Sponsor
Hamilton, Bermuda: 3rd February 2006 - The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) is pleased to announce that Apex Fund Services Limited has joined the BSX as a Listing Sponsor effective 3rd February 2006.
Apex Fund Services Ltd. (the "Company") was incorporated as an exempted company on 25th June 2003 under the laws of Bermuda and carries on business as a provider of fund administration, accounting, registrar and transfer agency, corporate secretarial, and director services.
In making the announcement, BSX CEO Greg Wojciechowski stated, "We are delighted to welcome Apex Fund Services Ltd. to the Bermuda Stock Exchange. We firmly believe that this alliance will further strengthen and enhance our respective lines of business."
Mr. Peter Hughes, Managing Director of Apex stated, "Apex Fund Services Ltd is pleased to have joined the Bermuda Stock Exchange as a Listing Sponsor. As a BSX Listing Sponsor, Apex Financial Services Limited will have the ability to sponsor applications for new listings of mutual funds, fixed income, depository receipts, and secondary listing of equities. Apex joins Argonaut Financial Services Ltd, Continental Sponsors Limited, Harbour Financial Services Limited, and Reid Services Limited, bringing the current number of BSX Listing Sponsors to five.
