The Directors of S.A.L. Limited Advise The BSX Of Intention To Convene a Special General Meeting
Hamilton, Bermuda, 6 February 2006 - The Directors of S.A.L. Limited ("the Company") announces today that it has advised The Bermuda Stock Exchange of its intention to convene a Special General Meeting within four (4) to Six (6) weeks. During the Special General Meeting a de-listing of the Company's shares will be proposed. The Company will fully apprise the Bermuda Stock Exchange of the outcome of these discussions.
