HSBC Global Cash Funds Limited And HSBC Corporate Money Funds Limited Amalgamate
Hamilton, Bermuda, 8 February 2006 - The Listing Committee of The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) today confirms the amalgamation of the HSBC Global Cash Funds Limited and the HSBC Corporate Money Funds Limited.
Approval of the amalgamation of the above-mentioned companies was voted at the Annual General Meetings of the respective Companies held on 29 December 2005.
The BSX hereby confirms that the listed shares of the former HSBC Global Cash Funds Limited will be listed on The Bermuda Stock Exchange as classes of shares of the amalgamated company HSBC Corporate Money Funds Limited as of the effective date of the amalgamation, February 1, 2006.
