BSX Approves Bermuda Aviation Services Limited Rights Listing
Hamilton, Bermuda: 9 February 2006 - The Listing Committee of The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) today announces that The Bermuda Stock Exchange approved the listing of the Rights, effective immediately, to purchase up to 2,537,041 Common Shares of Bermuda Aviation Services Limited.
The Listing of the New Common Shares, subject of the Rights Issue, received BSX approval February 1, 2006.
The Rights to purchase the new shares arising out of the Rights Offering will expire on February 28, 2006. The listing of the Rights will be cancelled therefore with effect from March 31, 2006.
