Solar Enterprises Completes Sale Of Principal Asset
Hamilton, Bermuda: 21st February 2006 - The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) has been advised that The Directors of Solar Enterprises Limited (the "Company") (SOLAR.BH) (a Company listed on The Bermuda Stock Exchange) are pleased to announce that effective 17th February 2006 they have completed the sale of approximately 1,375 acres of land that the Company owns in East Caicos in the Turks and Caicos Islands for the gross sum of US$8,500,000.00. The land in East Caicos was the principal asset of the Company.
