Hamilton, Bermuda: 24th February 2006 - LOM (Holdings) Limited (LOM.BH) has advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) of the resignation of Mrs. Susan D. Wilson as a Director of the Company effective 16th February 2006.
It was further advised that Malcolm G. Moseley was appointed to the Board of Directors effective 2nd December 2005.
