LOM Announces Special Dividend
Hamilton, Bermuda, March 23, 2006 -- At a meeting of the Board of Directors LOM (Holdings) Limited held 21st March 2006, the Directors approved the declaration of a special dividend in the amount of $1.00 per share to be paid 7th April 2006 to shareholders of record 31st March 2006.
At that same meeting, as a result of the declaration of the special dividend, the Directors agreed to reduce by one-third the exercise price of the 800,000 options outstanding which expire by 31st December 2006.
