LOM Advises of Appointment And Resignation
Hamilton, Bermuda, March 23, 2006-At a meeting of the Board of Directors of LOM (Holdings) Limited held 21st March 2006,the Board confirmed the appointment of Scott G. S. Lines as President, effective 1st January 2006, in addition to his position as Managing Director.
The Board also confirmed the resignation of Donald P. Lines as President, effective 1st January 2006. Mr. Lines continues to act as Chairman of the LOM Group of Companies.
