Glen Smith Appointed Director of LOM
Hamilton, Bermuda, March 23, 2006 -- At a meeting of the Board of Directors of LOM (Holdings) Limited held 21st March 2006, Mr. Glen C. Smith, J.P., was appointed as a director. Mr. Smith is a Bermudian who was the founder and CEO of International Bonded Couriers of Bermuda Ltd (IBC) and ZipX Freight Limited, until they were sold to Bermuda Aviation Services Ltd. in late 2004. Mr. Smith is a director of Keytech Limited, Chairman of Logic Communications Limited, Deputy Chairman of the United Bermuda Party, and on the board of governors of Somersfield Academy.
