Hamilton, Bermuda: March 23, 2006 - The BSX has been advised today that at a directors' meeting, the Board of Argus Group Holdings Limited appointed Mr. David Pugh as Company Secretary with effect from today, replacing Mr. Barrie Meade who regrettably passed away this week.
