Hamilton, Bermuda: March 24, 2006 - Pursuant to BSX Regulation 6.3(3) LOM (Holdings) Limited (the "Company") has today informed the Bermuda Stock Exchange that under its Employee Share Option Plan on 23rd March 2006, a Director of the Company exercised 125,000 options at a price of $2.50 each.
