Hamilton, Bermuda, March 24, 2006 - The BSX has been duly notified pursuant to the applicable regulations of the Bermuda Stock Exchange that Everest Capital International Limited has been re-registered under the 2004 BVI Business Companies Act as Everest Capital Global Ltd. and that Everest Capital Frontier Ltd. has similarly been re-registered as Everest Capital Emerging Markets Ltd.
