Bermuda Aviation Services Advises Of Shareholdings
Hamilton, Bermuda, March 31, 2006 - Pursuant to the requirements of the BSX Listings Regulations, Bermuda Aviation Services Limited, (€˜the Company') (BAS.BH), has advised the Exchange of certain disclosable shareholdings. The Company has given notice of the following beneficial shareholdings in its listed securities: Bermuda Life Insurance Company Limited holds 20.12%; Butterfield Vencap Limited holds 10.10%; and Carnation Limited holds 5.80%.
These holdings reflect the position following the completion of the Company's recent Rights Issue.
