Hamilton, Bermuda: April 5, 2006 - Pursuant to BSX Regulation 6.3(3) LOM (Holdings) Limited (The "Company") (LOM.BH) informed the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) on the 29th of March that under its Employee Share Option Plan on the 28th of March 2006, an employee of the Company exercised 5,000 options at a price of $3.50 each.
