BSX Announces Listing Of Old Mutual SAGA Opportunities Fund Limited
Hamilton, Bermuda: April 27, 2006 - The Listing Committee of the Bermuda Stock Exchange is pleased to announce its approval of the listing of the Old Mutual SAGA Opportunities Fund Limited to the Official List of the Exchange effective immediately.
Old Mutual SAGA Opportunities Fund Limited is a Bermuda Institutional Scheme under Bermuda Monetary Authority Regulations 1998. It is a close-ended investment company that will invest substantially all of its assets in Old Mutual South Africa Growth Assets Fund Limited ("Old Mutual SAGA Fund"), an open-end investment company incorporated in Bermuda that invests at least 95% of its assets in equity securities of South African issuers. Shares of Old Mutual SAGA Fund are listed on the Official List of the Irish Stock Exchange.
Continental Sponsors Limited sponsors the issue and the Offering is restricted to Qualified Investors.
The initial subscription amount is US $1 Million subject to the discretion of the Directors to accept smaller amounts.
