Hamilton, Bermuda: May 1, 2006- Pursuant to BSX Regulation 6.3(3) LOM (Holdings) Limited (The "Company") has informed the Bermuda Stock Exchange that under its Employee Share Option Plan on the 28th of April 2006 an employee of LOM Securities (Bahamas) Limited, a subsidiary of the Company, has exercised 30,000 options at a price of $1.93 each.
