Hamilton, Bermuda: May 12, 2006 - Pursuant to BSX Regulation 6.3(3) LOM (Holdings) Limited (The "Company") (LOM.BH) has informed the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) on the 12th of May, that under its Employee Share Option Plan on the 11th of May 2006, an employee of LOM Securities (Bahamas) Limited, a subsidiary of the Company, exercised 30,000 options at a price of $1.93 each.
