NOVY NEFT LIMITED - Circular to Shareholders
The Directors of Novy Neft Limited (the "Company") wish to advise that the Company has today issued a Circular to Shareholders outlining the Directors' proposals for the restructuring of the Company. Notice of a Special General Meeting is contained in the Circular. The Special General Meeting will be held at 10.00 a.m. on Monday, 12 June 2006 at Regent House, 16-18 Ridgeway Street, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 !EN, British Isles.
In accordance with Bermuda Stock Exchange requirements, the trading of Shares on the Exchange has been suspended until the results of the Special General Meeting have been confirmed and the results disseminated.
