TYCO Declares Regular Quarterly Dividend
Hamilton, Bermuda: June 15, 2006 - The Board of Directors of Tyco International Ltd. (NYSE: TYC; BSX: TYC) has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per common share.
The dividend is payable on August 1, 2006, to shareholders of record as of July 3, 2006.
