Masters Limited Withdraws From BSX Listing

Hamilton, Bermuda: June 20, 2006 -- The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) today announced that Masters Limited (the "Company") (MSTR.BH) has given notice to the Exchange that it wishes to voluntarily withdraw from listing. At the Annual General Meeting of Masters Limited held on 14 June, 2006, Shareholders voted in favour of the motion to withdraw from listing on the BSX.

The Exchange has set the date for Masters Limited to be delisted as of the 13^th September 2006.
