Lines Overseas Management Ltd Advises BSX of Transaction
Hamilton, Bermuda, June 30, 2006 - The Bermuda Stock Exchange was advised by Lines Overseas Management Limited of a crossing transaction on the Exchange of 66,500 shares of LOM (Holdings) Limited at $2.60 per share.
The BSX was further advised that the transaction on the 29th June, 2006 was made as agent for LOM Securities (Bahamas) Limited (LOMBh) and LOM Securities (Bermuda) Limited (LOMB) and that although each of these entities was in turn acting as agent for separate customers, both LOMBh and LOMB's customers have similar beneficiaries.
