BSX Confirms Listing of New BF&M Common Shares
Hamilton, Bermuda: 14 July 2006 - Following confirmation received from BF&M Limited, The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) today confirms the unconditional listing of the 1,473,183 new Common Shares of BF&M Limited (BFM.BH) which are to be issued on 18 July 2006 and are subject of BF&M Limited's recently completed Rights Offering.
The Listing of the new Common Shares is effective from Tuesday, 18 July 2006 and trading in these new Common Shares may commence from the opening of the Market on that date.
