Hamilton, Bermuda, July 20, 2006 -KeyTech Ltd has informed The Bermuda Stock Exchange that the Board of Directors of KeyTech Ltd has been approached by Cable and Wireless, plc with various proposals. After due consideration, the Board does not consider such proposals to be in the shareholders' best interest.
