Aspen Declares Dividends
Hamilton, Bermuda: 26 July, 2006 -- Aspen Insurance Holdings Limited (the "Company") (NYSE:AHL; BSX:AHL.BH) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend on its ordinary shares of US$0.15 per ordinary share. The dividend is payable on August 23, 2006 to the holders of record as of the close of trading on August 11, 2006.
The Company's Board of Directors also declared a cash dividend on its Perpetual Preferred Income Equity Replacement Securities ("Perpetual PIERS") of US$0.703125 per Perpetual PIER. The dividend is payable on October 1, 2006 to the holders of record as of the close of business on September 15, 2006.
