Novy Neft II Ltd. Withdraws From BSX Listing
Hamilton, Bermuda: 14 August 2006 - The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) today announced that Novy Neft II. Ltd. (NOVNEII.BH) HAS voluntarily withdrawn from listing effective 14 August 2006. The withdrawal from listing was made pursuant to Shareholders approving the Compulsory Redemption of their shareholdings at a SGM held on 12 June 2006 and the fund being placed in voluntary liquidation.
