Solar Enterprises Ltd. Withdraws From BSX Listing.
Hamilton, Bermuda, August 31, 2006 - The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) today announced that Solar Enterprises Ltd. (SOLAR.BH). Has voluntarily withdrawn from listing effective31 August 2006. The withdrawal from listing was made pursuant to Shareholders approving the Compulsory Redemption of their shareholdings at a SGM held on 10 July 2006 and the fund being placed in voluntary liquidation.
