Hamilton, Bermuda: October 2, 2006 - The Fabian Romania Property Fund - Board Change has reported to the Bermuda Stock Exchange that (BSX) Giles Ballantine, non-executive director of The Fabian Romania Property Fund (FABROPR.BH), has stepped down from the board as from 29th September 2006.
An announcement as to the appointment of another non-executive director to the board will be made in due course.
