Ashby Corporation Reports Delay In Filing Annual/Interim Reports

Hamilton, Bermuda: 5 December 2006 - At the request of Ashby Corporation (the Company - AHBY.BH), the Bermuda Stock Exchange has granted an extension to the Company for the filing of their annual financials for the year ended 31 December 2005 until 28 February 2007. The BSX has also granted an extension to the same date for the filing of certain interim statements to 30 September 2006.

These extensions were requested by the Company due to delays caused in the return of documents the Company had provided to a third party. These documents are required to complete the audit process. The company has indicated the return of the documents is expected shortly and the audit process is expected to be completed prior to 28 February 2007.
